Business
- The Business page will help manage devices and accounts in the most useful way to easily serve the needs of users.
To enter business management do the following:
- Click on Business on the Menu page.
1. Device
- If you want to manage devices in your account, click on Devices the tasks below will appear.

- To manage child accounts, click on Account the tasks below will appear.

3. Camera
- To manage child accounts, click on Camera the tasks below will appear.
3.1 Search
- Step 1: You can search by the following criteria:
- Key: Enter the camera code, enter 1 or more characters to search.
- Name: Enter camera name, enter 1 or more characters to search.
- Number plate: Select the device number plate to view the camera (default for all devices).
- Camera type: Select the camera type.
- Service package: Select a camera service plan.
- MDVR ID: Enter the MDVR ID of the camera to be searched.
- Sub account: Tick on Sub account if you want to see the list on a child account.
- Step 2:
- Click Search to find results.
- Click Reset to reset to default.
3.2 Create Camera
- To create a new camera click on Create camera dialog box appears. See details here.
3.3 Edit Camera
Step 1: Click on Edit
Step 2: A dialog box appears. Edit items that need to be corrected for Camera.
Step 3: Click Save Changes to complete the operation.
3.4 Delete
- Step 1 : CLick on > Delete.
- Step 2 :
- Select OK: Will delete that account.
- Select Cancel: Will cancel the delete operation.
4. Service addon
- To manage Service addon, click on Service addon The tasks below will appear.
4.1 Register Service addon
Step 1: Click Service addon Register Service addon.
Step 2: A dialog box appears:
- Source account:
- Account: Click on to select the source account.
- Points: The current number of points in the source account.
- Info:
- Account: Click on to choose a registered account Service addon.
- Service: Select the service to subscribe to.
- Service duration: Select the month for the service term.
- Total points: Points to pay for the service.
- Description: Enter a description for the extended service.
- Source account:
Step 3: Click Submit to add additional services.
4.2 Search
- Enter Name of the service or a character to search. Click Search to search for results.
4.3 Delete
- Click on Delete. A dialog box appears, select OK to delete the extension service or Cancel to cancel the operation.

- To manage Points, click on Points The tasks below will appear.
