• SIM info history: To output a detailed report of all SIM activities with the device.

• To view SIM info history do the following:

  • Click on Utilities > History > SIM info history.

Search #

• Step 1: You can search by the following criteria:

  • Date: Select the time to search.
  • Device: Select a device to view history.
  • IMEI: Enter the device IMEI or enter a character to search.

• Step 2: Click Search to find or Reset to reset to default.

Export excel, pdf #

To download the report in Excel or Pdf, click on Export excel or Export pdf.
