Check Device - SIM
- To check the device - SIM, do the following:
- Click on Utilities > Technical support > Check Device - SIM.
1. Search
- Step 1: You can search by the following criteria:
- IMEI: Enter the device imei, enter one or more characters.
- Device name: Enter the name of the device you want to find, enter one or more characters.
- CCID: Enter the SIM CCID, enter one or more characters.
- CCID Status: Choose whether the CCID is valid or not.
- Start time:
- End time:
- Device type: Select the corresponding device type to search.
- SIM number: Enter the desired phone number, enter one or more characters.
- SIM type: Select the SIM service type.
- Click on Child account if you want to search on the child account.
- Step 2:
- Click Search to find results.
- Click Reset to reset to default.
- Step 3: If you want to search more advanced then click on Advanced Search.
- Service term: Select the device expiration time.
- Status active: Select the device’s Activated/Inactive status.
- Status: Select the status of the device.
2. Edit
- To fix the device click on Edit. A dialog box appears, see details here
3. Delete
- To remove the device, click > Delete. A dialog box appears:
- Click OK to agree to delete.
- Click Cancel to cancel the operation.
4. Sell
- To sell equipment do the following: click > Sell. After successfully selling status Sold change word .
5. Other function
5.1 Export data
- To export the data of one or more devices do the following:
- Step 1: Tick on one/many devices.
- Step 2: Choose Export data:
- Download (.xlsx): Download the Excel form of the current page.
- Download all (.xlsx): Download all pages in Excel format.
5.2 Activated
- To Activate the device do the following:
- Step 1: Tick on one/many devices.
- Step 2: Choose Activate. Active status will change from .
5.3 Status

5.4 Send command
To send commands to the device do the following:
Step 1: Tick on one/many devices, choose Send command.
Step 2: A dialog box appears.
IMEI: Enter IMEI to send command or Tick to the device in Step 1
Click Check to check IMEI status.
- All: Total IMEI is selected.
- Normal: Can send commands.
- Error: Unable to send command with error description. All faulty devices can be erased by clicking on Remove devices error.
Device type: Select the device type corresponding to the selected IMEI.
Command type: Select the type of order to send.
Send command: Content of the sending command.
Step 3: Click Send to send the order
