Lost signal

  • To check the device Lost signal at any time - position, do the following:
    • Click on Utilities > Technical support > Lost signal.

  • Step 1: You can search by the following criteria:
    • Date: Select the time period to watch.
    • Time (minute): Select the time to update data when the signal is lost.
    • Device: Select the device to view.
    • IMEI: Enter the IMEI corresponding to the device, enter one or more characters.
    • Device name: Enter the device name to search, enter one or more characters.
    • Number plate: Enter the number plate you want to find, enter one or more characters.
    • Time start - Active warranty: Select activation time.
    • Time end - Active warranty: Choose an end time.

  • Step 2:
    • Click Search to find results.
    • Click Reset to reset to default value.
