Diagnostic data #

• To view Diagnostic Data do the following:
  • Click on Utilities > Technical support > Diagnostic data.

Search #

• To search for diagnostic data for a certain device, do the following:

  • Step 1: You can search by the following criteria:
    • Date: Select the time period to search.
    • Number plate: Select the device to view.
    • IMEI: Enter the correct IMEI to find.
  • Step 2:
    • Click Search to find results.
    • Click Reset to reset to default value.
