Alert Rules

  • To view the Alert Rules, do the following:
    • Click on Manage > Alert - Schedule > Alert rules.

1. Create new

  • Step 1: Click Create New.

  • Step 2:

    • 2.1 Alert type: Click on Alert type. Select 1 from the list to create an alert. The right dialog box appears:

      • Example: Exceeding the speed
        • Speed (km/h) : Enter the value to be alerted. If the vehicle’s speed exceeds 70 km/h, an alert will be sent.
        • Is loop : Repeatable on/off is possible. If repeat on, will choose to repeat for how long / 1 time. Default is 5’/1 time in a certain period of time in which the warning is violated.

    • 2.2 Notification: Click on Notification

      • Name : Enter an alert name.
      • Text mess : Report the problem. Displayed when sending app/email alerts.
      • Description : Purpose, desire when creating this warning,…
      • Activate : Enable/disable alerts.
      • SMS : Enter a phone number in that box to add a phone number.
      • Email : Enter email in that box to add an email. You can add 1 or more emails to send alerts about. (Email list separated by ‘,’ or ‘;’).
      • Tick ​​the box to set on/off Get notified via mobile app.
      • Tick ​the box to set on/off Urgent notice .
      • Weekly : Choose dates and times receive notifications as you wish.
      • Date range
        • Always active.
        • Activity in range : Choose a certain time period to receive that alert this week/this month,…
      • Time range : Select the time period you want to receive notifications.

    • 2.3. Device: Click on Device.

      • Always select all devices : Enable/Disable applies selected alert to all devices / 1 device number in that account.

    • 2.4 Geofence: Click on Geofence.

      • You can choose one of the following three options:
        • Ignore : Choose to receive all alerts. Both in and out of the area receive alerts.
        • Out geofence:
          • Always select all geofence : On/Off applies the selected alert to all zones / 1 number of zones in that account.
        • In geofence:
          • Always select all geofence : On/Off applies the selected alert to all zones / 1 number of zones in that account.

  • Step 3 : Click Add to complete the operation.

  • Step 1 : Search by the following criteria:

    • Name : Enter 1 or more characters in the alert that you want to search for.
    • Alert type : Select one of the alert types in that box to make it easier to search.
  • Step 2:

    • Press Search.
    • Press Reset : Reset to factory defaults.

3. Edit

  • Step 1: Click on Edit to fix the warning.

  • Step 2: Edit the information that needs to be changed.

  • Step 3: Click Save Changes to complete the operation.

4. Delete

  • Step 1: Click on > Delete of the generated alert.

  • Step 2: Click OK to complete the operation.

5. Lock / Unlock alert

  • In case you want to lock/unlock the alert, don’t want to use that warning anymore. In the process of moving, if there is a violation of that warning, it will not be notified again. If you don’t want to delete it, do the following:
    • Click on icon > Lock / Unlock. Status will change Activate / Inactive.
