Manage notifications
- When the user wants to Archive Notification, the following 2 conditions must be met:
- ON receive notifications.
- One of 3 options (App, Email, Telegram) is ON.
To view notifications, do one of the following:
- Way 1: Click on Manage > Alert - Schedule > Notifications.
- Way 2: Click on Notification > View all.
1. Search
- Step 1:
- Date: Select the time you want to see the notification.
- Number plate: Select the device you want to see notifications on (default All devices).
- Step 2:
- Click Search to view notification details.
- Click Reset to reset to factory defaults.
2. Notification details
To view the notification details follow the following ways:
- Way 1: Click on Details. The message dialog box appears:
- Device name.
- Notification time.
- Message notification.
- Notification address.
- Location notification on the map.
- Way 2: Click on Notification > Notice you want to see details. A message dialog box appears. Details like way 1 message dialog.
3. Notification settings
Way 1
- Step 1: On the account tree, right click on the account you want to configure and select Notification setting.
- Step 2: The configuration screen appears:
- Tick on Receive notifications if you want to receive notifications from the system.
- Always active: Tick ββto receive notifications 24/7.
- Activity in range: Set date to receive, time to receive notifications.
- Email :Enter email in that box to add email (You can add 1 or more emails to send alerts about. To add reference email here).
- Telegram : Enter chat id to receive notifications on Telegram (You can add 1 or maximum 3 Telegram ids to send alerts about by clicking ).
- Tick on Receive notifications if you want to receive notifications from the system.
- Step 3: Tick on to set on/off the Alert Types send alerts about Email, App, Telegram.
- Step 4: Click Save to complete the operation.
Way 2
- Step 1 : Click on Notifications > Δto set up notifications.
- Step 2 - 3 - 4: Same as step 2 - 3 - 4 in Way 1
4. Mark read all
To mark a notification do the following:
- Way 1: Click on to mark as unread and there will be before the message type or to mark as read. Or you can mark all as read by clicking Mark read all.
- Way 2: Click on Notification > . Mark read/unread notifications. Or you can mark all as read by clicking Mark read all.
