Task Remind #

• Task Remind is created to notify about app/web, automatically send email reminders to devices when needing maintenance or a related event,…
• Normally people forget, so the system will help you to remind when the warning level is reached.

To view reminders, follow these steps:

• Click on Manage > Alert - Schedule > Remind.

1. Create new #

• Step 1 : Click on Create Remind.

• Step 2 : A dialog box appears:

  • Name: Enter the name of the reminder message.
  • Number plate: Select a license plate you want to create a reminder for.
  • Email: Enter email in that box to add an email. You can add 1 or more emails to send reminder notifications about.
  • Description: Enter a more detailed description of the content,…
  • Push notification: Tick ​​the box to set to enable/disable Receive mobile app notifications.
  • Auto repeat: Repeat reminder over time = number of days of previous notification.
  • Activate: Enable/disable reminder mode.
  • Activate:
    • Old maintenance: Select your advance maintenance date.
    • Next maintenance: Select the next maintenance date that matches your appointment (required).
    • Notify before end: Will take between the next Maintenance Date - Current Date.
  • Notify before end:
    • Old maintenance: When choosing a number plate, it will automatically show the distance traveled.
    • Next maintenance: Enter your mileage maintenance appointment correctly.
    • Notify before end : Will take between Next Maintenance - Previous Maintenance.
  • Remind by enigne hours:

    • To send this reminder to mail. Need to do one more step:

      • Choose Map > Info > Extension > Engine input.
      • Choose Engine input -> Ignition or Engine. Depending on which device is wired, then press Save Changes to complete the operation.
      

    • Old maintenance: When selecting the number plate, it will automatically show the running time of the engine.

    • Next maintenance : Enter exactly with your appointment.

    • Notify before end : Will take between Next Maintenance - Previous Maintenance.

• Step 3 : Click Add to create a reminder.

2. Search #

• Step 1 : Search by the following criteria:
  • Name: Enter 1 or more characters in the reminder name that you want to search for.
  • Number plate: Select 1 or more license plates to view assigned reminders.

• Step 2:
  • Click Search to see a list of reminders.
  • Clicking Reset will return to factory defaults.

3. Edit #

• To edit a reminder, do the following:
  • Step 1 : Click on Edit of that reminder.
  • Step 2 : Edit information if there is any change about license plate, mail, reminder type,…
  • Step 3 : Click Save Changes to save the edited information.

4. Delete #

• Step 1 : CLick on icon > Delete of that reminder.
• Step 2: A dialog box appears:
  • Select OK: Will delete the reminder.
  • Select Cancel: Will cancel the delete operation.
