Manage Send Command
Manage Send Command for the purpose of checking details of sent commands, creating commands to check the status, location,… of remote devices.
To see the list of Send Command, click on Manage > Send command. The screen displays as shown below:
1. Create send command
- Step 1: Click on Create send command.
Step 2: A dialog box appears:
IMEI: Enter the IMEI list or select 1 or all devices in the list below the box if you need to send a command. Click Check:
- All: Total IMEI number entered.
- Normal: Total IMEI can send commands.
- Error: The total number of IMEI errors with a description of the error cannot be sent.
ChΓΊ Γ½: Error IMEi can be removed by clicking on Remove devices error
- Device type: Select the device type that corresponds to the device selected above.
- Command type: Displays the commands that the Device Type supports. Select command type to request execution.
- Send command: Display command content sent command.
- Step 3 : Click Send to send the device command.
2. Search
- Step 1 : You can search by the following 2 criteria:
- Device name.
- IMEI.
- Step 2:
- Click Search: Will display the information you are looking for.
- Click Reset : Will reset to default.
- Tick on Refresh after 10s if you want to refresh data after 10s.
3. Details
- To see the details of sending orders, please click Details. The details dialog box appears.
4. Lock
- In case you want to send an order but accidentally sent it but have not yet received a successful message, you want to stop that order and don’t want to send that order anymore, click here to block the order..
- Step 1 : Click on > Lock.
- Step 2:
- Click OK: To lock the command.
- Click Cancel: Will cancel the lock operation.
5. Resend
- If you want to resend the command but don’t want to create it from scratch, do the following:
- Step 1 : Click on > Resend of that sent command.
- Step 2 : A dialog box appears
- Step 3: Click Send to resend the order.
