Email used to receive the authentication code from the system sent back. Help with password recovery or report receipt.
To view Manage email do the following:
- Click on Manage > Configuration > Email.
1. Create new Email
Step 1: Click on Create new Email.
Step 2: A dialog box appears:
Target account: Select the account that needs to be added Email.
Name: Name the Email.
Email: Enter the correct email account. Click Send Code a verification code will be sent to your email by the system:
- 1: Email name with system email subject.
- 2: Email verification code.
- Verification codes: Enter the verification code that was just sent to your email above.
- Description: Detailed email description…
- Activate: On/Off email activation status.
- Step 3: Click Add to add an email to the account.
2. Search
- Enter Name of the email you want to find, enter one or more characters of the email. Click Search to find results or Reset to reset to default.
3. Edit
- Step 1: Click on Edit.
- Step 2: A dialog box appears:
- Name: SChange the name of the email.
- Email: Can’t fix.
- Description: Edit the description for the email.
- Activate: Change the activation status.
- Step 3: Click Save Changes to edit the email.
4. Delete
- Click on . A dialog box appears:
- Click OK if you want to delete.
- Click Cancel to cancel the operation.
