Email

  • Email used to receive the authentication code from the system sent back. Help with password recovery or report receipt.

  • To view Manage email do the following:

    • Click on Manage > Configuration > Email.

1. Create new Email

  • Step 1: Click on Create new Email.

  • Step 2: A dialog box appears:

    • Target account: Select the account that needs to be added Email.

    • Name: Name the Email.

    • Email: Enter the correct email account. Click Send Code a verification code will be sent to your email by the system:

      • 1: Email name with system email subject.
      • 2: Email verification code.

    • Verification codes: Enter the verification code that was just sent to your email above.
    • Description: Detailed email description…
    • Activate: On/Off email activation status.

  • Step 3: Click Add to add an email to the account.

  • Enter Name of the email you want to find, enter one or more characters of the email. Click Search to find results or Reset to reset to default.

3. Edit

  • Step 1: Click on Edit.

  • Step 2: A dialog box appears:
    • Name: SChange the name of the email.
    • Email: Can’t fix.
    • Description: Edit the description for the email.
    • Activate: Change the activation status.

  • Step 3: Click Save Changes to edit the email.

4. Delete

  • Click on . A dialog box appears:
    • Click OK if you want to delete.
    • Click Cancel to cancel the operation.
