Document manage

  • To view Documents manage, do the following:
    • Click on Manage > Document > Document manage.

Create

  • To add a new Document - Paper do the following:
    • Step 1: Click on Create Document - Papers

    • Step 2: A dialog box appears:

      • Name: Enter the name of the Document Type - Paper
      • Type: Select the type of paper to add to the document.
      • Number plate: Select the device you want to add.
      • Document No: Enter the code for the document - papers.
      • Issued by: Issued where.
      • Issue date: Select the date of issue of documents - papers.
      • Expire date: Select an expiration date.
      • Description: Add detailed description for Document Type - Paper.
      • Activate: Enable/Disable the activation status of documents - papers.
      • Attachments: Add attachments if any.
      • Remind: Enable/Disable if you want to remind/Don’t remind.
    • Step 3: Click Add to add documents - Papers.

  • Step 1: Search by the following criteria:
    • Time: Select the time to search.
    • Name: Enter 1 or more characters in the name you want to search.
    • Type: Select Document Type - Documents to look for.
    • Number plate: Select the license plate of the device to be searched.

  • Step 2:
    • Click Search.
    • Click Reset will return to factory defaults.

Edit

  • Click on Edit. A dialog box appears, edit the information that needs to be changed. Click Save Changes to confirm the edit.

Delete

  • To delete any Document, click on . Select OK to delete or Cancel to cancel the task.
