Transaction History

To view point transaction history do the following:

  • Click on Manage > Balance > Transaction history.

  • Step 1: Search by the following criteria:
    • Date: Select the start and end time you want to see the transaction history.
    • Ref: Fill in Ref code correctly or leave it blank to find all.
    • Type: Select the type of transaction to view history.
    • Pay: Select a payment status type.
    • Tick on Sub account if you want to see on a child account.

  • Step 2:
    • Click Search to see a list of transaction history.
    • Clicking Reset will return to factory defaults.

2. Edit

  • Step 1: Click on Edit

  • Step 2: A dialog box appears:
    • Source account: Select the account containing the objects to be transacted.
    • Target account: Select the account that receives the transaction objects.
    • Points: The number of points to pay for the transaction.
    • Pay: Select payment status.
    • Date pay: If you change the status Unpaid -> Paid, you need to select a payment date.
    • Amount: Amount to be paid for the transaction.
    • Photo of invoice: Upload invoice photo (If available).
    • Note: Detailed notes for the transaction.

  • Step 3: Click Save Changes to complete the operation.

3. Details

  • To view details of a Transaction history do the following:
    • Click on > Details. A dialog box appears Details transaction history.

4. Cancel transaction

  • To Cancel transaction follow the steps below:
    • Step 1: Click on > Cancel transaction.
    • Step 2:
      • Select OK: Will cancel the transaction.
      • Select Cancel: Will cancel the delete operation.

5. Request cancel

  • To Request Cancel follow the steps below:
    • Step 1: Click on > Request cancel.
    • Step 2:
      • Select OK: Will cancel the transaction.
      • Select Cancel: Will cancel the delete operation.
