SIM manage

-SIM Card Manager helps to manage all SIM card related issues with easy functions for managers. For details, please see items below.

1.1 Add Sim

  • Step 1: Click on Add Sim.

  • Step 2: A dialog box appears:
    • Account: Select the account to add a SIM.

    • Download template: Download the sample file format.

    • Select document: Upload CCID self-fill file.

    • CCID: Enter your sim’s CCID.

      • Click Check to check sim’s status

        • Normal: Can add SIM.
        • Error: Cannot add SIM with error description. Error CCIDs can be deleted by clicking on Remove CCID error.

    • SIM type: Select your SIM carrier.

    • Description: Add detailed description.

  • Step 3: Click Send to add a SIM.

  • Step 1: You can search by the following criteria:
    • Simno: SIM number (phone number), enter 1 or more characters to search.
    • CCID: Serial number printed on SIM card, enter 1 or more characters to search.
    • Status: SIM status.
    • SIM type: Select the type of SIM to search.
    • Service expire - Time from: SIM service limit.
    • Service expire - Time to: SIM service limit.
      • SIM: From purchase to expiration is 15 months.
    • Created at: Select SIM creation date
    • Sub account: Click on if you want to search on the child account.

  • Step 2: Click Search to display the results or click Reset to reset to default.

1.3 Edit

  • Step 1: Click on Edit.

  • Step 2: A dialog box appears:
    • CCID: Can’t fix.
    • Simno: Edit SIM phone number.
    • SIM type: Select the SIM provider again.
    • Description: Enter a description for the SIM.

  • Step 3: Click Save Changes to fix the SIM.

1.4 History

  • To view the change history of the SIM do the following:
    • CLick vào > History. The change history dialog box of that SIM appears.

1.5 Delete

  • Step 1: Click on > Delete.

  • Step 2: Click OK if you agree to delete.

1.6 Renewal

  • Step 1: Click on Renewal:
    • Tick on chọn 1 / Multiple / All SIMs.

  • Step 2: A dialog box appears:
    • CCID: Enter CCIDD or CCID auto-fill by ticking the SIM list in Step 1.

    • Click Check to check sim’s status:

      • Normal: Can add SIM.
      • Error: Cannot add SIM with error description. Error CCIDs can be deleted by clicking on Remove CCID error.

    • Active date: Select SIM activation date.

    • Service expire: Choose your preferred service term for the SIM.

  • Step 3: Click Submit to renew your SIM.

1.7 Activate

Activation will bring the SIM from the state Inactive -> Activated.

  • To Activate SIM do the following:

    • Step 1: Click on Activate:
      • Tick on chọn 1 / Many / All SIM.
    • Step 2: A dialog box appears:
      • CCID:Enter CCIDD or CCID auto-fill by ticking the SIM list in Step 1.

      • Click Check to check sim’s status:

        • Normal: Can add SIM.
        • Error: Cannot add SIM with error description. Error CCIDs can be deleted by clicking on Remove CCID error.

      • Service expire: Select the service term at the discretion of the SIM.

    • Step 3: Click Send to activate the SIM.

1.8 Restore

Refresh will return the SIM from all states to Inactivated.

  • To Refresh SIM do the following:

    • Step 1: Click Restore:
      • Tick on chọn 1 / Many / All SIM.
    • Step 2: A dialog box appears:
      • CCID:Enter CCIDD or CCID auto-fill by ticking the SIM list in Step 1.

      • Click Check to check sim’s status:

        • Normal: Can add SIM.
        • Error: Cannot add SIM with error description. Error CCIDs can be deleted by clicking on Remove CCID error.

    • Step 3: Click Send to renew the SIM.

1.9 Block

Lock will return the SIM from all states to Locked.

  • To Lock SIM do the following:

    • Step 1: Click on Block:
      • Tick on chọn 1 / Many / All SIM.
    • Step 2: A dialog box appears:
      • CCID:Enter CCIDD or CCID auto-fill by ticking the SIM list in Step 1.

      • Click Check to check sim’s status:

        • Normal: Can add SIM.
        • Error: Cannot add SIM with error description. Error CCIDs can be deleted by clicking on Remove CCID error.

    • Step 3: Click Send to lock the SIM.

1.10 Warranty

  • To Send warranty SIM do the following:

    • Step 1: Click on Warranty:
      • Tick on chọn 1 / Many / All SIM.
    • Step 2: A dialog box appears:
      • CCID:Enter CCIDD or CCID auto-fill by ticking the SIM list in Step 1.

      • Click Check to check sim’s status:

        • Normal: Can add SIM.
        • Error: Cannot add SIM with error description. Error CCIDs can be deleted by clicking on Remove CCID error.

    • Step 3: Click Send to send SIM warranty.

1.11 Change warranty expire

  • Step 1: Click on Change warranty expire:
    • Tick on chọn 1 / Many / All SIM.

    • Step 2: A dialog box appears:

      • CCID:Enter CCIDD or CCID auto-fill by ticking the SIM list in Step 1.
      • Click Check to check sim’s status:
        • Normal: Can add SIM.
        • Error: Cannot add SIM with error description. Error CCIDs can be deleted by clicking on Remove CCID error.

    • Active date: Select SIM activation date.

    • Warranty expire: Choose your preferred warranty period for the SIM.

  • Step 3: Click Submit to renew your SIM.
