General Device Monitoring

1.1. Searchable by:

  • Device name

  • IMEI

  • Device group

1.2. Color statistics show the vehicle status of the device

Users who want to know the most specific device status can search by tabs: All, Stop, Run, GPS Weak, Lost Signal.

Hide/show - all devices/each device on the map.

Add/Remove that device to/out favorites list. View favorites / Hide favorites.

1.3. Filter

  • Step 1: Click on Filters.

  • Step 2: It is possible to filter by criteria such as: Device group, Device type, Status.

1.4. Group

  • Group: In order to help users easily manage and monitor the fleet group, the device’s area group in the account.

  • To view groups and regions, click on . Select Group or Geofence to see the device aggregation by Group , Geofence. Click Node to see all devices.

  • View Group, Geofence: To view the devices in Group, Geofence, click of that group of geofence. Click on to shorten.

1.5. Sort

User clicks on if you want to sort the device list alphabetically from A-Z or from Z-A.

2. Device locator

Select the device to view, the system displays the vehicle location on the map with some basic parameters as shown below:

3.1. Configure device list display information:

  • Step 1: Enter > List device

  • Step 2: Choose Base or Advance -> can turn on/off the information you want/don’t want to display. Users can then preview the results right in area 4.

  • Step 3: Click Save to complete the operation.

  • Step 4: After successfully saving the information, it will be displayed in area 4 (Device list box belonging to a previously selected account).

3.2. Configure the display information of the Device Info Box:

  • Step 1: Enter > Device Info

  • Step 2: Choose Base / Other data / Driver / Camera can turn on/off the information you want/don’t want to display. Users can then preview the results right in area 4.

  • Step 3: Click Save to complete the operation.

  • Step 4: After successfully saving the information will be displayed in area 4 (Detailed information box of that device).

3.3. Follow

  • Step 1: Click on > Monitor

  • Step 2: Displays the details screen. Click on > Tracking

  • Step 3: Choose Base / Advance / Other data can turn on/off the information you want/don’t want to display.

  • Step 4: Click Save to complete the operation.

  • Step 5: After successfully saving the information will be displayed in the tab Now ( Details screen of that device ).

3.4. History trips

  • Step 1: Click on History trips

  • Step 2: Show details screen. Click on > History trips

  • Step 3: Choose Summary can turn on/off the information you want/don’t want to display.

  • Step 4: Click Save to complete the operation.

  • Step 5: After successfully saving the information will be displayed in the tab Route ( Details screen of that device ).
