SIM card must be registered for 4G package.
Before inserting the SIM card, make sure that external power is disconnected from the device.

Find the slot and remove the SIM cover

Insert the SIM card into the device

The copper side of the SIM will face down and the bevel angle of the SIM will be in the same direction as G400 wire side
