Instructions for entering RFID card information #

Step 1 - Prepare #

• List of drivers with information: Full name, License
• 1 RFID read-write device, using S400 / S400E device that still works online
• RFID card, make sure the number of cards is enough compared to the number of Drivers.

Step 2 - Set up card information #

• Turn on the RFID reader, make sure it’s online and in your account
• Place the card on the device
• Send the card setting command to the device according to the syntax

qcvn31rfidcard,write,<Ten_Lai_Xe>,<So_GPLX>#

• After sending the confirmation command successfully, lift the card and reset it so that the device can receive the card’s content
• Go to Manage > Send command to execute orders.
• The device receives content when the Driver light is on, and there is content information on the monitoring web.
• Mark the successfully installed card with the Driver’s name.
• Start over for the next card.

Step 3 - Check the list of drivers #

• With each successfully installed card, the system automatically saves driver information.
• Go to Manage > Configuration > Drive to confirm the successful installation information.
